Operations cancellation policy
COSTS FOR CHANGING/CANCELLING THE OPERATION
Unless there is an urgent medical or other important reason to cancel, in which case the procedure is postponed, the following applies:
- More than 30 days before the date of the operation: cancellation fee of €1,000.
- Less than 30 days before the date of the operation: you lose 25% of the total operation costs.
- Less than 1 week before the operation: you lose 30% of the total operation costs.

COSTS FOR CHANGING/CANCELLING THE BOOKING
If you cancel the booking no later than seven days before the appointment, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel within seven days before the appointment, you are not entitled to a refund.
